INJUNCTIVE RELIEF MAY BE SOUGHT IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND National Consumer Center AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without application of any conflict of laws principles. These Terms do not and are not intended to limit any consumer rights available to you under applicable state or federal privacy legislation.
